Recently, our dedicated medical and nursing team had the honor of caring for the premature son of Mrs. K. M., born on June 26, 2025, at only 32 weeks of pregnancy and weighing just 900 grams at birth.

Immediately after delivery, the baby was transferred to our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). He was initially placed on a mechanical ventilator to support his fragile lungs. As his condition improved, he was transitioned to a CPAP (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) device, with continuous monitoring and regular medical examinations to ensure every detail of his health was managed with precision.

Thanks to the expertise and tireless efforts of our NICU specialists, the little fighter began to improve. He was gradually weaned off respiratory support and started feeding. His weight steadily increased, reaching 1,500 grams.

Today, we are thrilled to share that he has reached a stable health condition that allows him to be safely discharged from the hospital. While his journey doesn’t end here — with continued medical follow-ups to support his growth and development — this milestone marks a beautiful success story for both his family and our team.

على الفور بعد الولادة، تم نقل الطفل إلى وحدة العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة (NICU)، حيث وُضع على جهاز تنفس صناعي لدعم رئتيه الهشتين. ومع تحسن حالته، تم نقله إلى جهاز CPAP (ضغط مجرى الهواء الإيجابي المستمر)، مع مراقبة مستمرة وفحوصات طبية منتظمة لضمان متابعة دقيقة لكل تفاصيل حالته الصحية.

بفضل خبرة وجهود فريق العناية المركزة لحديثي الولادة، بدأ الطفل المقاتل الصغير في التحسن تدريجيًا. تم فصله عن أجهزة دعم التنفس وبدأ في الرضاعة، كما ارتفع وزنه تدريجيًا ليصل إلى 1500 جرام.

اليوم، يسعدنا أن نعلن أنه وصل إلى حالة صحية مستقرة تسمح له بمغادرة المستشفى بأمان. ورغم أن رحلته لا تنتهي هنا — حيث سيستمر المتابعة الطبية لدعم نموه وتطوره — فإن هذه المرحلة تمثل قصة نجاح جميلة لكل من عائلته وفريقنا الطبي.

Un viaggio di speranza: da 900 grammi a una dimissione in salute
All’Ospedale Italiano, ci impegniamo a fornire cure mediche complete, compassionevoli e specializzate a tutti i nostri pazienti — dai neonati più fragili agli adulti che necessitano di trattamenti avanzati.

Recentemente, il nostro dedicato team medico e infermieristico ha avuto l’onore di prendersi cura del figlio prematuro della Sig.ra K. M., nato il 26 giugno 2025, a sole 32 settimane di gravidanza e con un peso alla nascita di appena 900 grammi.

Subito dopo la nascita, il piccolo è stato trasferito nella nostra Unità di Terapia Intensiva Neonatale (UTIN). Inizialmente è stato posto su un ventilatore meccanico per supportare i suoi polmoni fragili. Con il miglioramento delle sue condizioni, è passato a un dispositivo CPAP (ventilazione a pressione positiva continua), con monitoraggio continuo e controlli medici regolari per garantire che ogni dettaglio della sua salute fosse gestito con precisione.

Grazie alla competenza e agli sforzi instancabili dei nostri specialisti della UTIN, il piccolo guerriero ha iniziato a migliorare. È stato gradualmente staccato dal supporto respiratorio e ha iniziato ad alimentarsi. Il suo peso è aumentato costantemente, raggiungendo 1.500 grammi.

Oggi siamo felici di annunciare che ha raggiunto una condizione di salute stabile che gli consente di essere dimesso in sicurezza dall’ospedale. Sebbene il suo percorso non finisca qui — con continui controlli medici per sostenere la sua crescita e il suo sviluppo — questo traguardo rappresenta una splendida storia di successo sia per la sua famiglia che per il nostro team.
